About The author
Kathryn Tamburri is a beloved wife and stay-at-home mother of two with a passion for understanding the world through different eyes. Her work is driven by complex, dimensional characters whose choices often spiral out of her own control. She embraces difficult topics such as racism, reason and faith, and the meaning of love. Writing provides Kathryn an outlet for an overactive and resonantly emotional imagination. She already has more than a dozen concepts prepped for novelization.
Kathryn grew up in Ferguson, Missouri but spent summers with her dad in New Jersey, where she snapped up her amazing husband of nearly ten years. She currently lives in South Florida, where she is very happy wearing flip flops all year and soaking up the rich cultural diversity.
When she’s not tapping away at a computer, Kathryn is often baking, taking care of her family, or volunteering at church. She enjoys many varied forms of art and expression, including floral crafts and cake sculpting. Authors which have influenced her work include (but are certainly not limited to): Terry Brooks, Elizabeth Kerner, Jim Butcher, Micheal Ende, Charlotte Bronte, and Arthur Golden.
